KRB brings a fresh perspective to timeless designs, combining the traditions of classical decor with founder Kate Rheinstein Brodsky’s uniquely charismatic and colorful point of view. 

For the last decade, KRB —" one of the city’s last distinctive home shops" per Architectural Digest—has sold antiques, furniture, art, and home accessories in New York City. 

Kate was raised in Los Angeles, California. The daughter of decorator Suzanne Rheinstein, she grew up immersed in the world of interior design and decorative arts. She fell in love with New York while attending college and stayed to work in design and publishing. Kate lives on the Upper East Side with her husband, three daughters, and two very naughty dogs named Peaches and Plum.
